Welcome to Verity. Verity is a daily Bible verse and reflection app created by ARCTICS GROUP. By downloading or using the app, you agree to follow these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You can download Verity from the Apple App Store or Google Play. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app, and if you are younger than 13, you need permission from a parent or guardian. By using Verity, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will use the app respectfully and responsibly.

Verity offers a set of free features, including daily verses and essential reading tools.

A premium subscription gives you full access to all reflections, reminders, collections and exclusive content. Subscriptions are handled entirely through the App Store or Google Play, according to their payment and renewal rules.

You can cancel your subscription at any moment directly in your App Store or Google Play settings. We do not offer refunds for partial or unused subscription periods, so make sure to cancel before the next billing cycle. If you need help cancelling, you can contact us.

You may not use Verity for harmful, abusive, illegal or disruptive behavior. This includes harassment, spamming, hacking, or attempting to access other users' data. If you violate these rules, we may suspend or remove your access to the app.

Scripture text is displayed under the terms of its respective publishers. Reflections and other editorial content in Verity are provided for personal inspiration and study only. All software, branding, logos and designs within Verity are the property of Arctics Group or its licensors.

To provide Verity, we collect limited information such as your email (if you sign in), your app activity, and basic device information. Everything we collect is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you agree to the processing of this data.

We do our best to keep Verity stable and enjoyable, but we cannot guarantee that the app will always work without interruptions or errors. We are not responsible for issues such as downtime, bugs, data loss, or other technical problems. You use the app at your own risk.

We may update Verity or change these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we will let you know inside the app. Continuing to use Verity after updates means you accept the new version of the Terms.

These Terms follow French law. Any legal dispute related to Verity will be handled in French courts. Depending on where you live, additional local consumer rights may apply.
